Abstract:
"Once, say, a dancer finishes all the courses at say,
the Federal Academy of Ballet — where do they go
from there? We have Aswara (Akademi Seni Budaya
Dan Warisan Kebangsaan), and then after that? I had
to venture out of the country.
Now, these programmes we hope will ensure
growth. We hope to enrich and create Malaysian
dance vocabulary by holding these dialogues and
sending our dancers, choreographers out to expand
their experience and exposure."
