'Thursday dismissed with cost the
RM4.2 million suit filed by former rector
of the National Academy of Arts,
Culture and Heritage (Aswara) Datuk
Omar Awang against former
Information, Communications and
Culture Ministry (KPKK) secretary general
Datuk Seri Kamaruddin Siaraf and
the Government over his transfer.
